Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You engaged with us via email, telephone, or by post
  • You registered with us as a supporter or volunteer
  • Your contact details are in the public domain

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • You made a donation via a third-party Giving Platform (e.g. Just Giving)
  • You have been referred to us by another individual

  • To keep internal records relating to donations, feedback or complaints

We may share this information with our partner funds only if you have donated or otherwise made any interaction with that fund and we believe they have a legitimate reason to access your information.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep the personal information we hold about you for upto 6 years. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting your personal information from all our records.
